Beetroot is high in Iron and gives you muscle stamina for a more durable work out. For your body to absorb Iron it needs vitamin C. This is provided by the Orange which, if eaten (or drunk), before a workout can reduce muscle soreness. Carrots contain beta-carotene, a carotenoid that converts into vitamin A once inside the body. Vitamin A helps to promote a youthful appearance and an over all boosted immune system. A perfect pre workout juice
