What are your opening times?
Monday to Friday 6am – 10pm. Saturday to Sunday 8am – 8pm.
Is it possible to get a day pass?
Yes. A day pass can be bought for £5.
Will there be someone in the gym that can show me how to use the equipment?
Yes, certainly. Our staff will be more than happy to show you how to use the machines.
You’re based in Shipley town centre. Where can I park when I visit the gym?
There are 3 town centre car parks within 5 minutes walk from the gym. ASDA is the nearest car park that offers up to 2 hours free parking.
Can I pay for my monthly membership by Direct Debit?
Yes you can. You’ll receive full instructions when you become a member.
Is it possible to receive a corporate/ group discount?
Yes. We offer 10 – 20% discount subject to the size of the group.
How heavy are your free weights?
Our free weights range from 2.5kg to 50kg.
Can I get a personal fitness program written specifically for me?
Yes. Our induction ‘Kick Start’ programs are specifically made for this.
How do I book a class?
You can book classes at reception, by phone and on the website.
Does my membership include usage of the Sauna/ Spa area?
Yes it does.
